Vince Daniello is the President and founder of A N D Staffing Solutions Inc. With over 20 years of experience with recruiting and staffing, he has held positions at various levels and has recruited for several different industries. Vince retains his clients by building a relationship based on trust and an understanding of their staffing needs.   Vince has also established a large network of professional applicants. Through his extensive network of both clients and candidates, Vince is able to help businesses be successful in their industries by finding the most qualified individual.

Rose Burn, Placement Specialist 

Rose has over thirteen years of recruiting experience in the staffing industry. She started her career as a Corporate Recruiter in a logistics company. Rose then moved into full life cycle recruiting placing candidates in Manufacturing, Engineering and Office Services. Rose recruits Temporary, Temp-to-Hire and Direct Hire positions within Illinois and Nationwide.

Anna Calendo, Placement Specialist

Anna began her career in the Insurance industry working for a large nationwide carrier. She embarked on a recruiting career over 10 years ago working exclusively in the Insurance Professional placement industry.  Anna staffed for large insurance carriers and third party administrators and successfully placed Claim Adjusters, Underwriters, Managers and Actuaries.  She has additional experience in placing Engineering Administrative personnel. Anna has been very successful in establishing and maintaining long term client and candidate relationships.

Kristin Partin, Office Manager

Kristin comes to A N D Staffing with a strong background in Customer Service and Sales.  She has solid experience in manufacturing sales working with clients through the entire product life cycle. Kristin is a problem solver and is always ready to answer all your questions with a bright smile!
