Description:
Currently, Anna Calendo is seeking qualified candidates for a position of CMM Programmer. This opportunity is a Full Time position to be based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
Basic Function: Program and maintain CMM hardware and software, work with the development teams with statistical data analysis and related product launch inspection, layout, and documentation.

Responsibilities:
Tasks:
1. Modify existing programs and create new programs for CMMs based on interpreting complex drawings. Programming language Ziess Calypso.
2. Communicate with customers and peers regarding how a program was developed and assist with correlation of CMM measurements to the customer’s standard.
3. Coordinate repair and calibration of CMMs as needed.
4. Train operators on proper gauging techniques and the use of the CMM and other related QC processes.
5. Calibrate custom gages when developed and maintain calibration according to quality standards.
6. Perform gage layouts for new gages.
7. Troubleshoot all CMM issues.
8. Assist process development teams with statistical analysis, gage R&R analysis, FMEAs, Control Plans and other process launch documentation as required by the customer.
9. Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Experience and Education:
1. Minimum of 4 years experience programming complex parts on a CMM.
2. Experience laying out parts.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements: At least 3 years of related work experience in a similar capacity. Fluency in English will be essential.
