Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Quotes the necessary assembly tooling for the plan.

Identifies and implements the manufacturing process.

Troubleshoots new and existing production programs.

Documents production line data such as FMEA, process flowcharts, process specifications, SPC specifications, job instruction, etc.

Defines and implements Standardized Work. (R)

Interfaces and communicates with the customer.

Active in MAC Chart an continuous improvement agendas.

Coordinates launch (tooling, facility, layout, PSO, PSA, PSB’s).

Works on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing agendas.

Budgets and manages program spending and establishes budget plans as requested.

Works with Best Practice Methods and reports to team findings.

Leads and/or supports TS and ISO ~4001 Roles, Responsibilities, and Authorities.

Requirements:
3-5 years Aerospace/Military experience a plus
